In 2009, I was forced to carry sr22 insurance for 3 long years, it has been hell for the past 3 years, I honestly have not been able to carry insurance because companies want 6 months in advance up front, say 1900$ for the whole six months, who in the hell can afford that? I called the dmv and they said february 2013 it will be lifted, the only thing is, won't they want proof that I was carrying sr22 insurance for the past 3 years? So does this mean I'm pretty much screwed, for another 3 years I will have to carry it? How does this work? I've been told that it will not be mandatory , I have also heard that I have to insurance atleast something, or else it will not be lifted.

I've bought from a lot before, but never a private party! When you purchase a vehicle from a person, how do you go about the whole insurance thing and of course there aren't any plates on the thing! Breakdown Insurance less than 12 months?

Hi, does anyone know if it's possible to get car breakdown cover for less than 12 months? All i ever see on advertisements and online is quotes for 12 months cover but i am planning on leaving the UK for a bit after 6 months so that's all i require. Before i contact insurance companies can someone tell me if this is normal or an irregular request? Cheers!

Help!! I had a baby in january of 2011. Now i think i might be pregnant again but i have NO health insurance. California will not be serving adult medi-cal as of december 1st 2011 i dont know what to do. is there any insurance comapnys that offer discount maternity coverage or very cheap plans that dont have $2,000 deductables?? this is a serious question so please serious answers
